Our little girl is growing up! She turned 8 and was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at the end of February. She had a wonderful time with all her friends at her "’Littlest Pet Shop’ party. She was also excited to have many of her nearby family come to her baptism.
Our Christmas season was filled with fun, family, and great memories. Here are some of our favorite moments…

Kaleb is infatuated with naming any character BOB. It was only fitting that he incorporated it into his pumpkin design this year!

Kate was chosen as a Student of the Month in August. She was presented her certificate at a school rally, and got to have Mommy come to a special breakfast to celebrate. We are very proud of her!
Will is growing up so fast and turned 4 in August. Here are a few pictures from the family party we had for him. This year he wanted a Super Mario themed party…
School started in early August, just a day or so after we returned from our Utah trip. The kids were so excited as usual to start a new year. Kaleb started 4th grade and Kate was starting 2nd grade.
Later in the month, Will started with his preschool group. He absolutely loves going to preschool each week. He can’t wait to start kindergarten after summer is over this year!
We have shared many of these photos on our facebook albums, so here is just a quick slideshow of our Utah trip we took in late July. We had an absolutely amazing trip. We took our time getting to Provo, first going to Flagstaff and then onto Zion National Park for a couple of days. This was our first trip to Zions, and we can’t wait to get back and spend more time there. From Zions we spent almost a week with friends and family in Provo and Lehi. The kids had so much fun with their cousins that they don’t get to see very often, as well as our good Friends the Martins who were also visiting Utah from Pennsylvania. To finish up our trip, we had a short stay in Vegas, then it was all over seemingly way too soon.
We have been terrible at keeping up our blog over the last year. We are sorry. So we’re going to do something about it and make up for the lost postings, and do better going forward. So check out our blog as we get updated…
We loved our anniversary get away last year so much we just planned on doing the same thing again!
SAN DIEGO :) And right now, the heat in AZ sucks! So San Diego is a great break from that, at least for one weekend.
